'The school has a wonderful sense of community where each individual child is valued' (Parent comment)
Dear Parents, Carers, Visitors and Friends,
It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the website of Grange First School. We are very proud of our happy and successful school in which a strong ethos of care and support sits alongside high academic achievement. These qualities have been built up over many years by our dedicated staff, wonderful children and their very supportive families.
Our school vision is to create an outstanding learning environment in which all of our children are enthusiastic, creative and happy learners with the confidence to express themselves and their ideas and develop their many individual talents. OFSTED in 2011 commended our children for their “outstanding behaviour” around school and highly praised us for the friendly and secure atmosphere in which every child is so highly valued.
All of us working at Grange are committed to ensuring our children come in to school feeling safe and special and return home happily full of exciting learning and news to share. If you are a part of the Grange family or a visitor looking for information, we hope you enjoy our website and get an insight into some of the exciting learning that takes place at our school.
